Something for Baby – Baby Girl Ring Toy

One of the must-haves stamp sets in the new catalog is Something for Baby.  The images in this stamp set are sweet and fun!   I wanted to make a sample pack with this set as I know my stampers will buy it when they see all the ways they can use it.

I was busy in my craft room this weekend, and I came up with this card for a new baby girl!  Of course, all you need to do is change up some of the colors and it would serve as a card for a baby boy too!

I used the Arrows embossing folder, our markers, the new flower punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch pack, and candy dots!

Hope you like it!

Zoo Babies Triangle Congratulations

Baby cards are always fun to send out – in fact, don’t you giggle a little even making them?

Here is a different color combination for a baby card – Summer Starfruit, Raspberry Ripple, and Midnight Muse.  Perfect for the mom who knows she is expecting a little baby boy….

Zoo Babies Congratulations Collage Card

I just adore those little animals in Zoo Babies.  Here is a card I made as a swap this summer using that stamp set and the new In Colors!

Zoo Babies Hello Alligator Card

See ya later, alligator?  Not today – we’re saying “hello” instead!  This is a swap card I made over the summer with one of my favorite returning colors, Pear Pizzazz.  I do love to combine Pear Pizzazz with Early Espresso and Very Vanilla…yum, sounds like dessert!

Ok, now you can say it – see you later, alligator!

Zoo Babies Midnight Giraffe

Well, the kids are back at the zoo, I mean school.  Just kidding of course.  I’ve still got a little “stamp crush” on Zoo Babies.  This time, I paired the giraffe with Midnight Muse, Cherry Cobbler, and Garden Green.  Such a simple card but great to have in your card stash for babies, birthdays, and other celebrations.

Zoo Babies Meets Bubble Wrap

Making quick and easy backgrounds with household products is so much fun…and really what is more fun than BUBBLE WRAP.  I do tend to hoard the stuff to protect fragile items, but there's still a kid inside who loves to pop it.  However, self-control took over one afternoon while making this cute little using Zoo Friends:

Zoo Babies Faux Shadowbox Card

One of the cutest stamp sets in the new catalog has to be Zoo Babies.  Those little animals are perfect for a baby card.  Here is one using the faux shadowbox technique:

Zoo Babies-Faux Shadowbox Card

I used a marker to color in the saying (masking out part of the phrase).  A Round Array stamp set was used as the background for the phrase.  I love the combination of Smoky Slate and Marina Mist (and you know that I LOVE the Polka Dot DSP).  When I punched out the circle for the main image, I did punch out both the Smoky Slate and the DSP at the same time (never punch out two pieces of cardstock at the same time).  The DSP is a lighter weight so it worked just fine.  Here is what I did with that punched out piece:

I used it as the inside greeting.  Cute, cute, cute!

My Digital Studio Baby Girl Onesie Card

MDS-Baby Girl Onesie Card

One of the best parts of owning My Digital Studio is all the fun stamp sets, punches, and accessories you get with the program!   I don't have many friends having babies right now, so my actual baby stamp sets are quite limited.  Leave it to My Digital Studio to come to my rescue to create this adorable card.  I used the Stampin' Up!  Nursery Necessities stamp set, Nursery Designer Series Paper, Enjoy Every Moment stamp set, Delightful Dozen stamp set, plus lots of different punches and accssories.

The phrasing on the rectangle was actually from two stamp sets.  I cropped out the congratulations from the onesie section because I wanted to use the bolder congratulations from the Delightful Dozen stamp set on top.

I'm tickled pink with the results!  What do you think?

Ears to You Easter Z Fold Card

Did you know that the single stamps from this winter will be available through July 31st?  The stamp I had to have from this collection was Ears to You.  I just love those little bunnies!  Here is one of the cards my customers created this month:

Easter Card Ears to You

This is a Z Fold Card.  The cloud embossing folder was used on scrap pieces and then sponged over and cut out.  The grass is just some sponging.  Sorry, the color is not as vibrant as it is in person.

I hope you have a Blessed Easter!
