For the Birds – Valentine Miss You Card
Sometimes Valentine’s aren’t close by…and sometimes you don’t have to stamp a Valentine in bright Real Red. Here’s a perfect card for someone you miss…

Something for Baby – Monochromatic Boy Card
Have you worked with our sequins yet? What a fun way to add some bling to a card!
A while back, I joined a monochromatic card swap. This is the one I created.

An Open Heart Thank You Card
Trying a new color combination is pretty easy to do when you have such a wealth of gorgeous colors as in the Stampin’ Up! line of inks/card stock. I am loving this combo – Island Indigo and Early Espresso with the gold glimmer paper. Striking, masculine (but not overly), and inspired by Autumn.
Sometimes, mailing cards with lots of embellishments is disastrous – either the envelope gets ripped, postage gets expensive, or the embellishment gets mutilated. It really doesn’t happen too often, but it is also good to have a quick and easy go-to alternative. I love polka dots in almost any form. Creating glitter circles is super quick, cheap, and fuss-free plus it adds just enough wow to a card.

Angel Punch Art with Pennant Punch
This summer I hosted a Crazy About the Pennant Punch stamp camp. We really were a little crazy that evening! I wanted to bring in a Christmas card to the mix, so I shared this one with my stampers. It really goes together quickly!
Punches needed are as follows:
- Pennant Punch for dress
- Scallop Circle for wings
- Owl for hair and heart
- 1″ Circle for hair bangs and face
- Cupcake for cheeks
- 1/2″ and 3/4″ Circles for halo
Of course, the Scalloped Tag Punch is the backing for the angel.
Although this is a Christmas card, it could easily be transformed into a child’s birthday card, a thank you card, a baby card, or even a get well card!
In my religion, today is also All Saints Day so although it is not a traditional card-giving holiday, it does go with the theme of the day.

My Stampin’ Up! Anniversary
It’s hard to believe 14 years ago I signed up to be a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. As many demonstrators can relate, I “only signed up for the discount” was my feeling at the time. I had no intention of doing parties or teaching others; I just wanted to get my crafting goodies cheap!
Well, here I am 14 years later, and my classes are busier than ever! I love what I do, and I truly cherish the women I have welcomed into my home and crafting circle.
I started my anniversary celebrations earlier this month – I’m hosting an event in my home plus offering an item for 14% off each week. I’ve offered some giveaways on my Facebook page already. Here’s one for readers of my blog:
You will receive this Paper Pumpkin Kit – Party Pennants! It includes 3 background stamps, 2 inkspots (Summer Starfruit and Pool Party), and all the items to make a cute little banner! You can use the banner to decorate your hearth, a cake, or take parts of it and use it on cards or scrapbook pages!
Leave a comment on my blog and tell me what you will be celebrating in the coming months! I’ll pick a random winner on Wednesday evening!

Something for Baby – Wisteria Buggy
Another quick and simple baby card – color combination is Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz!

An Open Heart – Woodgrain Scallop Tag
A simply quiet card with masculine undertones…love this stamp set.

Fall Fest Work of Art Card
Happy October! I’m getting my pumpkin on!
A quick and easy card using Work of Art and Fall Fest stamp sets. The leaf accent is one of our new wooden accents sponged with an ink pad!

Something for Baby – TShirt & Stars
Just a quick little baby card using the stars and phrases from Something to Say and the cute little tshirt from Something for Baby. Color combination is Wisteria Wonder and Daffodil Delight!
