Zoo Babies Faux Shadowbox Card
One of the cutest stamp sets in the new catalog has to be Zoo Babies. Those little animals are perfect for a baby card. Here is one using the faux shadowbox technique:
I used a marker to color in the saying (masking out part of the phrase). A Round Array stamp set was used as the background for the phrase. I love the combination of Smoky Slate and Marina Mist (and you know that I LOVE the Polka Dot DSP). When I punched out the circle for the main image, I did punch out both the Smoky Slate and the DSP at the same time (never punch out two pieces of cardstock at the same time). The DSP is a lighter weight so it worked just fine. Here is what I did with that punched out piece:
I used it as the inside greeting. Cute, cute, cute!
