Heartfelt Blooms Triple Layer Card
Yes, it has been a while. I’ve been creating a bit more, but getting to photograph the creations and write my blog is still difficult.
This card was created in two different colors – Fresh Fig and Berry Burst. This is the Fresh Fig rendition. Very simple card using the triple layer technique. I love this new Sale-A-Bration stamp set – just twisting the stamp can make it look like you are using three different stamps.
The coordinating ribbon and large gems complete the look. So many occasions to use this card – use a phrase from the stamp set or find another one in your collection!

Happy Hour Wedding Card-VC Rocks Blog Hop
Hello all and welcome to the last VC Rocks Blog Hop this year. We are featuring the Big Shot, punches, and the Simply Scored Tool.
This year, my downline will be creating set samplers at every meeting. My favorite stamp set right now is Happy Hour-and I love making samples with it! However, I wanted to show a real standout and elegant card using this set. Here is what I came up with:
I love this color combination – Daffodil Delight, Basic Gray, and Whisper White – and it is EVERYWHERE! I used the Scallop Square Die and the Delicate Designs embossing folder with my Big Shot. See those wedding bands? I used my 1/2" circle punch first and punched out two circles. Then I took my 3/4" circle punch and punched over the "leftover" scrap piece where I had punched out the first circles. You'll get those perfect little wedding bands! You can use mini glue dots or Tombow multipurpose glue to adhere the wedding bands to the ribbon.
The Delicate Designs embossing folder is simply gorgeous – I especially love to use it with our Whisper White card stock! Add a little bling with our basic gems and our Daffodil Delight seam binding and it really dresses up the card.

I hope you enjoyed this stop along the way. Enjoy the day!
