Glitter Stripes Window Frame Mitten Card
We've certainly had some chilly days this October! At last night's Technique Tuesday stamp class, I taught my stampers the Glitter Stripes technique. Using Sticky Strip and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, you can create sparkly stripes on a card. Here's the card we made:
