Polka Dot Pieces Sunflower Birthday Card
Polka Dot Pieces was one of the first new stamp sets I purchased from the 2013-2014 Stampin’ Up! Catalog. I’m just a sucker for polka dots. I created this card using this set and the Label Love stamp set for the greeting. Happy sunflowers lift my spirits! I embossed the sunflowers with VersaMark and white embossing powder and then I used my inkpad and a sponge dauber to reveal the design (emboss resist technique). The candy dots are so easy to work with too! Isn’t this a perfect late-summer or early fall birthday card?
