Wacky Wednesday-Elegant Nugget Holder
Good intentions to post more often, but it just didn’t happen much the last two weeks. I did get to stamp (yeah!), just couldn’t get projects loaded and shared in a timely fashion.
Today’s Wacky Wednesday post is an elegant nugget holder made at last night’s New Catalog Stamp Camp event. Although a little on the putzy side, they look gorgeous.
Nearly everything at the stamp camp was from the new catalog, including the new Detailed Floral Thinlets, Jar of Love stamp set, and Dapper Denim card stock and ink.
The instructions are actually quite easy.
- Card stock base – 8″ x 4-1/8″; Score at 3-1/4″ and 4-3/4″4
- Fold and burnish score lines before you run through the Big Shot
- Make sure you use the Precision Base Plate and a layer of wax paper with this thinlet.
- Use big floral thinlet and the scroll thinlet on each side.
- Use paper piercer or die brush to pop out any leftover pieces.
- Create a bow with ribbon.
- Stamp, punch out, and add tag to box with twine.
I filled the holder with two nuggets, but you could fit three. I attached mine with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Lovin’ the new Dapper Denim color. It’s just a tad brighter than Not Quite Navy.
